The remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy could be left as far north as Quebec, so I pulled off the road and hung out at this Canadian Tire store while waiting for the storm to pass.

Quebec City was having a big event downtown, so the roads were really, really packed with traffic. Once I got trapped in the traffic, it took a while to figure out how to get out of it.
