In the summer of 2005, I decided to make the rounds around North America to see how the continent was doing. I only got around to visiting the eastern half of the continent, though. Astute students of geography may notice that some locales in this "USA Road Trip" are not technically, strictly speaking, within the USA. So, take "USA" to mean the "Greater USA / North American region". :)
